We teach our patients special corrective exercises to help strengthen the core of their backs and necks. These exercises are done in our office under the physician's direct supervision. Stronger muscles in our backs means less pain and more ability to work and be active.
Weak or tense muscles, in the neck and back, can cause the spine and back bones to 'come out' of alignment. Over the years this can lead to neck pain and back pain. Specific strengthening exercises for the back can significantly reduce pain and improve one's ability to work and be active.
